CSET's Helen Toner: the term AGI is becoming useless as different camps mean entirely different tipping points

Georgetown CSET executive director Helen Toner argues the term "AGI" is losing usefulness: people's conceptions — from recursive-self-improvement intelligence explosion to drop-in remote workers displacing the workforce — are too different to unify, so proposing yet another fixed definition is doomed. We are now "inside the fuzzy cloud" where asking "is this AGI?" no longer clarifies anything.
