OpenAI states its new model is a step-function improvement on many benchmarks and training is ongoing. Its internal model group reportedly arrived at the Navier–Stokes solution in 88 hours using around 10,000 coordinating AI agents, while maintaining the strict safeguards (monitoring and isolation) applied to all frontier evaluations.
