Gradium launched Voice Design: describe the accent, age, gender, and pace you need via a prompt and get new voices in seconds, now live and free in the Gradium API and Studio. One early tester asked for a "late-20s Singaporean man with crisp, practical Singaporean English," sampled options, and noted the same pattern as good physical AI tools: specify the behavior clearly, sample outputs, then commit.
