LangChain Deep Agents: subagents can now fork the supervisor's full conversation
LangChain · x · 2026-09-09
LangChain shipped a new Deep Agents capability: subagents can now fork the supervisor's full conversation instead of starting from a blank context window. Accompanied by an article "Organizing Context in a Multi-Agent Harness" by the LangChainOSS team, it revisits the classic subagent design of parallel reasoning and context isolation, giving subagents full background while retaining delegation benefits.
