ChatGPT Desktop keeps asking permission even with Full Access enabled

A user found that even with Full Access enabled, ChatGPT Desktop still asks for permission before accessing websites in the browser and before sending messages to threads when triggered by voice. The voice-spawned threads can't even be approved or viewed from the Remote iOS client, making the permission flow very annoying.
