Comfy Clarifies MiniMax H3 Licensing: Free Community Tier, Enterprise-Priced Commercial
crystal_alpine · reddit · 2026-09-09
ComfyUI staff clarified the MiniMax H3 local license pricing confusion on Reddit. The form people were sharing is the Community License (below $20M ARR), which most users get automatically without requesting, though some excluded regions don't qualify due to legal issues between MiniMax and other parties. Comfy separately resells H3's Commercial License (and MiniMax's music model) for commercial use above $20M ARR, with pricing parity across resellers; the pricing targets larger enterprise customers. The team apologized for the unclear communication.
