250+ organizations in China contribute as Alibaba, Huawei, Ant join PyTorch Foundation

The PyTorch Foundation says more than 250 organizations across China contribute to its projects, including DeepSpeed, Helion, PyTorch, Ray, Safetensors and vLLM. Alibaba Cloud, Cambricon and Ant Group have joined as members alongside Huawei.
Executive Director Sparky Collier called open source the default way the world builds AI, as PyTorch Conference China brings the community together. vLLM celebrated the open AI ecosystem's growth in China.
