Google's Gemini web app now connects to Google Business Profile, letting owners manage it conversationally:
- Update hours, contact info and action links
- Draft review replies and create posts
- Summarize customer feedback themes and access performance metrics and search keywords
Limits: requires a single verified profile on a personal account (18+), Keep Activity on, and no work/school accounts yet; rolling out gradually.
