McGill's txtlab offers open datasets for narrative AI research: WikiplotsEN (148,990 Wikipedia story plots, 78% visual media), CR4-NarrEmote (200K+ emotion annotations by 3,738 volunteers across 43,000 passages), CR4-Interact (13,395 passages labeled for character interactions), and NarraDetect (13K+ passages across 18 genres).
