Ex-Meta researcher: frontier-lab researchers essentially never peek at user data

RL researcher Nat Lambert says he puts 0% chance on OpenAI or Anthropic researchers directly looking at specific users' data — controls on such behavior are extremely strict, and at Meta you'd be fired immediately for it. He calls griping to frontier labs about this a rookie move.
