VibeGame: 8-agent adversarial team turns one sentence into a full playable game project
jiqizhixin · x · 2026-09-08
Nanjing University and Nanyang Technological University present VibeGame, defining Prompt-to-Game Development: one sentence plus an optional concept image yields a complete, playable, continuously modifiable game engineering project. Instead of bolting agents onto an existing engine, the team rebuilt an AI-Native engine where the whole project is transparent to agents — no black-box compilation, no hidden state, every line readable, writable, and verifiable by AI. An 8-agent adversarial team handles each step, self-play testing validates each version, and every successful delivery raises the starting line for the next game.
