dares2573 · hn · 2026-09-08
A HN post reports (unconfirmed, not an official announcement) that DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is now in internal beta testing.
- Built on a new model architecture with native multimodal support, stronger capabilities, faster speed, and lower cost
- Usage: keep the same baseurl, set model name to deepseek-v4.1-flash-expires-on-0910
- Priced the same as deepseek-v4-flash, with an account-level limit of 20 concurrent requests
The model name's Sept 10 expiration hints at an official release soon.
