Mistral AI announced a €3B Series D — per the company, the largest equity round ever raised by a European tech company, just three years after launch. Funds go to scaling training and inference compute for future model generations, plus expanding its Science team across Paris, Palo Alto, SF, London, Zurich, and Warsaw. Co-founder Guillaume Lample also issued a hiring call.
