Developer with zero Blender experience ships a 3D village-builder in 2 days using AI, total cost ~$125

Japanese developer @juralog built a 3D village-builder game "里づくり(仮)" in just 2 days despite never having opened Blender. Based on CryptoNinja character fan-art, the browser demo is live and a Steam release is planned for October.
The AI toolchain and costs: buildings and residents scripted by GPT-6 Astra, the protagonist's 3D model generated from images with Meshy ($20), promo video via H3 Max Turbo on fal ($3.31), plus the $100 Steam registration fee and Claude Max / ChatGPT Plus subscriptions. The author says he only gave instructions and made judgment calls — "like a site supervisor who never hammers a single nail."
