Local commercial license for MiniMax H3 costs $5,000/month, small studio says it's prohibitive

A German video-production studio contacted Comfy about licensing MiniMax H3 and learned that commercial use via Comfy Cloud is included in the subscription, but running the model locally in the EU costs $5,000 per month.
For a nine-person team, $60,000 a year is impossible—especially for a model they would initially use only for select shots. Local deployment matters to them due to client data, workflow integration, and reliable ComfyUI pipelines.
The author points to a pricing gap: nothing exists between cloud-only access and licenses priced for much larger companies, and asks how other small studios are coping or which models have more accessible licenses.
