Video-to-Blender pipeline: GPT6 Astra rebuilds a MiniMax H3-generated RPG town in 3D
Hailuo_AI · x · 2026-09-08
Developer @IsekaiBardGuild demonstrated a full video-to-Blender workflow: first generating an RPG-style town walk video with MiniMax H3, then instructing GPT6's Astra to recreate the scene in Blender (excluding humans, carriage and tents), with the model cross-checking video and mesh over 4 iterations to refine details.
In an earlier experiment, the same author had Astra produce character turnarounds from the video, convert them into 3D via Tripo, then handle rigging and scene reconstruction in Blender. With minor manual fixes, video-to-Blender conversion now seems realistically achievable.
