AI critic Gary Marcus mocks the recurring AGI hype cycle: people claimed GPT-5 would be AGI, then o3, and just yesterday Jensen said GPT-6 would be AGI — while Elon Musk once promised a million cybercabs by end of 2020. "None of it was true."
