Developer RileyRalmuto shared a progress update on their AI-built 'sanctuary' project: it's in the final visual walkthrough phase, and they're deliberately letting agents own all frontend polish. Their AI assistant Astra spent a full day finishing the Hermes integration — described as far heavier than standard ACP harnesses like codex and claude code. Openclaw has basic functionality but full integration was deferred for time and cost reasons. The author also burned through most of a final banked reset and expects to ship within days.
