Agents automate dirty high-leverage work — veterans benefit most, not idea guys

The author argues dirty, boring, high-leverage tasks are now largely automated by agents. Ironically, those best positioned to benefit are the people who used to do that grunt work themselves — their experience tells the agents where the bodies are buried. This isn't the age of the idea guy; it's the age of the roll-up-your-sleeves executor.
