'Doomer' now covers three very different AI-risk positions, author argues

AndyMasley notes that "doomer" is now used to mean everything from "AI very likely destroys the world" to "any >0.1% chance of doom" to merely "AI could cause problems." He asks people to clarify which definition they mean when debating, and self-identifies with two of the three — a snapshot of how AI-risk discourse labels have become diluted.
