DeepSeek Harness team lead Tianyi Cui announced roughly 150 new headcount, targeting senior backend/server engineers with 2-10 years of experience, though new grads may also apply. The driver is explosive scale: data volume, machines and containers, training/eval workloads, Agent environments, and API traffic are all surging, and the existing backend can no longer meet future demands.
