Redditor's test suggests Astra burns far more than the claimed 2.5x usage quota
Grand0rk · reddit · 2026-09-08
A Reddit user tested the claim that Astra uses about 2.5x normal usage. He ran a task consuming 25% of his 5-hour quota with GPT Sol Extra High, then re-ran the same task on Astra Extra High after reset. Astra burned the entire 5-hour quota without finishing, suggesting the real multiplier is far higher than 2.5x.
