Marc Lou crosses $3M from 36 solo startups after 10 years at 85% margins

Indie hacker Marc Lou announced his 36 bootstrapped solo products have cumulatively earned $3M at 85% margins over 10 years. After 5 years of startup failures he took a job in 2021, got inspired by levelsio, and started shipping tiny projects. 2021–2022 were quiet until ShipFast launched in 2023 and made his first million. Key lesson: don't get emotionally attached to any single project — roughly half made $0, but constant shipping compounded. A textbook one-person company case.
