Routing LLMs across GitHub Copilot and Azure Foundry: same prices, but VS credits as backup

The author shares the cost logic behind their multi-model routing setup (GitHub HydraFusion plus a homegrown tool called Lerna): model prices on GitHub Copilot and Azure Foundry are basically identical, but when GitHub's AIC quota runs out, a Visual Studio subscription lets you fall back on Azure credits via Foundry.
Additional details: MAI Code isn't available on Foundry but is cheap anyway, while Sol is cheaper on GitHub, so it's not routed to Foundry.
