Building a Kinesin ATP animation with Blender and Unreal MCPs

Mister-Fordo · reddit · 2026-09-08

Workflow: molecule sourced from RCSB, modeled in Blender via the Molecular Nodes addon, animated, then imported into Unreal Engine. Most work was done with Astra, switching to Fable 5.1 for Unreal steps after exhausting a Plus subscription. A neat showcase of MCP-driven multi-tool pipelines for science visualization.
