Ethan Mollick (Anthropic researcher) notes that tracking where your work and conversations live in Claude and ChatGPT has become very hard: local computer? Cloud? Phone? A machine connected via Dispatch or Remote? A project? The current UX offers little help.
As AI tools go multi-device and agentic, discoverability of sessions and outputs is becoming an overlooked pain point.
