Jason Atwood shares an 8-step setup for running Garry Tan's GBrain: run it as its own bot that other bots feed information to; have all bots reference it for context; export .md backups to a synced local folder; store the GBrain on GitHub; mine with narrow focus per person/place/thing with proper tools; verify with fun queries; run public mining for people/places; and schedule daily/weekly sweeps of Slack, Messages and email inboxes.
