Developer denies distillation charge, says OpenAI account holds his medical data

A developer publicly disputes OpenAI's distillation-related action against him: he says he never distilled anything, was never told what he's accused of, and had no chance to defend himself — while his OpenAI account is connected to his medical records, which he uses to track heart medications, and he can't even access the medical summaries he relies on. A reply notes OpenAI could just as well pursue Dolphin for being based on 2023 ChatGPT-4 traces.
