Continuing the hardware-AI debate, yacineMTB predicts that simulating circuits 'doesn't take much compute at all and is embarrassingly parallel,' so AI labs will build these simulation tools themselves to generate training data for their own models. A counterpoint to zackslab's argument that simulation is compute-prohibitive and that frontier hardware design data is locked away from open toolchains like KiCad.
