AI-developed drug rentosertib shows early anti-aging signals across six aging clocks

A proteomic analysis of 42 patients found all six aging clocks moved toward younger predicted biological age in groups treated with rentosertib, an AI-assisted drug candidate originally developed for a rare lung condition, while the placebo group showed little change or slight increases. The drug's maker says it appears to reduce biological hallmarks of aging.
