Developer slams M365 Agent Builders: only one list per agent, real client builds blocked

A developer building custom agents for a client's work groups says Microsoft 365 Agent Builders is far more limited than advertised: despite preparing four cleaned SharePoint lists for retrieval, the platform only allows binding one list per agent, blocking a basic multi-source design.
He says he's spent days just cleaning the lists and accuses Microsoft of "selling a dream to executives" while the platform can't handle simple design requirements.
