Astra's AGI estimate jumps with tool use — is 'ASI already here' just a harness question?

Using the framework from Hendrycks et al.'s 'A Definition of AGI,' Astra estimates its distance to AGI is much larger without tool use but far closer with it. Kevin Bass argues this shows we effectively already have ASI: with the right harnesses, current models can do nearly everything. He contends that defining AGI/ASI as 'having internalized the harnesses too' dramatically undersells what's already here.
