OpenRouter and US Are Major Fraud Targets, Says Dev as Stripe Steps Into LLM Risk Control

Developer thdxr says the US region and OpenRouter are currently targets of a large chunk of the world's fraud efforts. Stripe getting involved in risk control is welcome since it's good at this, but he warns that if access to LLMs starts getting annoying, this fraud wave is the reason.
