Per the plaintiffs' status report in the Bartz v. Anthropic copyright class action, payouts to author-claimant copyright holders will be made by November 15, 2026, initially at a net amount of $2,200 per work after deductions. The amount could rise later depending on subsequent claims, allocation disputes, and two filed appeals.
