Anthropic says it has auto-migrated all users to the new Claude memory experience, with a legacy-memory export window closing Sept 9, 2026. But some Pro subscribers report still being on the old Capabilities-tab memory; support confirms migration is automatic with no manual trigger or ETA. Since the export option only appears after migration, lagging users could miss the deadline without ever getting a chance to export.
