- Cold start to usable shell: -247ms (18% faster)
- Cold start LCP: -425ms (23% faster); FCP: -234ms (16%)
- Total blocking time to shell: -101ms (34% faster)
- Warm restart to shell: -194ms (18%); marketplace bots tab first open: -18ms (41%)
INP p98, keystroke-to-frame latency, chat switching and long-chat scroll metrics stayed roughly flat.
