Dev swaps Codex Sol for Astra: better writing, planning and viz with mostly deleted config

Developer steipete (Peter Steinberger) shares his experience moving from the previous Codex (Sol) to Astra — and the biggest change was subtraction.
His observations: writing quality is much better with no more bullet-point lists; the model "gets" him faster, so his AGENTS.md and skills files needed far fewer words; it's notably better at orchestrating workers; and it produces much better ad-hoc visualisations. For his setup, the key move was mostly just deleting text.
