Enterprises have spend that's hard to track: unused SaaS seats piling up as teams change, renewals hitting before anyone checks contract fit, and recurring purchases made by reordering last time's quantities. Worth fixing, but hard to justify by hand.
How Haggle Bot works:
- Ingests vendor spend, contracts, and usage data to inventory SaaS costs;
- Cross-references market pricing and competitive quotes to find unused seats, duplicates, and cheaper alternatives;
- Drafts vendor counters for human review — it never spends, signs, or sends without approval.
So far it has identified over $100,000 in direct savings, worked through larger SaaS renewals, and applied the same approach to recurring purchases like office supplies. x.ai's broader point: give a Bot a clear job and tool access, and it keeps taking on that role's work — a template for Bots across the enterprise.
