Tie customer loyalty to the diner, not the agent, or switching assistants resets your status
_AustinCalvert_ · x · 2026-09-07
A take from @BeforeTheTurn: in agentic commerce, customer preference data (like regular-customer status at a restaurant) should live on the diner/merchant side rather than be bound to a specific AI assistant — otherwise switching assistants means losing accumulated loyalty.
