Astra chat blocked by unoverridable safeguard, forcing users to restart

User nrehiew reports his conversation with Astra got blocked by a safeguard supposedly protecting him, but with no way to bypass it — the only option was restarting a chat. He calls the design nonsensical, noting it differs from other safeguards. He later adds that pointing the new chat at the old conversation log works around it partially.
