Claude Code team interview: delegating whole projects, not just functions

Anthropic's Claude channel published a 22-minute interview with core members of the Claude Code team on how their workflow changed over the past year:
- Before: giving Claude a specific instruction (e.g., write a function), then reviewing and iterating
- Now: delegating complete work — discussing product design, building prototypes, writing code, running tests, and collecting post-launch feedback
- The shift is from writing code toward driving product goals
