Foresight Institute has launched a new Request for Proposals offering up to $100K in grants, plus office space in SF and Berlin, community, and compute for open AI safety and science projects. Deadline is October 31.
Three categories:
- Local Compute: scaling private, secure compute
- Coordination and accountability: decentralized superalignment, human empowerment, AI insurance
- AI-first science: replacement & biostasis, automated nanotechnology, whole brain emulation
