Routed: Open-Source Local-First Skill Router for Agents, Offline and Zero-Token
iAmQubick · reddit · 2026-09-07
Developer iAmQubick released Routed, an open-source local-first hybrid router that resolves agent skills offline on CPU with zero token cost, addressing the tradeoff between stuffing skills into system prompts and paying for LLM-based routing. It combines dense ONNX embeddings (60%), BM25 (25%), exact/alias matching (10%), and metadata heuristics (5%), completing lookups in under a second. Supports Cursor, Claude Code, Ollama, Windsurf, Codex and more, with installers for macOS, Linux and Windows.
