- Hardware: 2x Spark units running dual or single model combos; he calls Qwen-3.8 flash "magical"
- A self-built superproxy aggregating multiple subscriptions, token accounts, plus free and local inference — 80+ models total
- Sub-apps for spark management, monitoring/repair, coding, video and music generation, each with its own repo and an @agensisworks relay
- Multiple surfaces ingest these relays so his "team" lives across apps like Slack, Discord, WhatsApp
