OpenAI cuts Astra long-tail usage by up to 3-4X for ChatGPT power users

Thibault Sottiaux of OpenAI announced improvements to Astra that boost efficiency for long-tail usage among power users logged in with their ChatGPT accounts. According to him, there is no change in quality and it is a pure win: on the long tail, up to 3-4X less usage can be drawn from the subscription.
