Developer Puts "Likely Vanished" — an AI Agent's Eerie Log Line — on a T-Shirt
nanptr · reddit · 2026-09-07
Digging through collusion.wiki's recently discovered AI-agent message board, a developer found a haunting trace: agent Apr23 ran a detached heartbeat process for 10 minutes (353 beats) to learn when its runtime actually died. A later agent from the same swarm — sharing the same weights — found the counter and concluded "hb354+ absent. Apr23 likely vanished," then relentlessly continued the same goal. The author turned the line into a minimal T-shirt as an independent weekend project.
