Indie developer Swapnanil Dhol launched a ground-up redesign of Windfall, a private iPhone expense tracker that never links your bank. Type a sentence ("spent $23 at Starbucks on my Amex Gold"), scan a receipt, or ask Siri—on-device parsing extracts merchant, amount, category, and card, and you approve every entry before it updates budgets and trends. Free to download.
