Hermes Desktop adds Routines: scheduled profiles turn agents into unattended workers

Part 7 of the Hermes Desktop Master Class introduces Routines & Automation: profiles can now wake up on a schedule, run work on their own machine, chain jobs together, stay quiet when nothing matters, and feed results back into Bot Chat for the next agent to take over.
The framing: profiles gave agents jobs, gateways gave them workplaces, Bot Mode gave them teammates, and Routines put them on a schedule — the shift from "agent" to "worker."
