- MikePFrank, whose son has competed in national Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments, had Astra (Extra High) play Master Duel against a computer opponent — and it won its first duel, losing just 100 of 8,000 life points.
- They've long considered an AI world championship in Yu-Gi-Oh (arguably more complex than Magic at high levels) a good AGI benchmark; this was only an introductory challenge, but impressive.
