Alibaba launches Qwen Token Plan: Qwen3.8-Max from $6/month with multi-agent tiers

Alibaba's Qwen Cloud launched a Token Plan for individuals starting at $6/month, giving access to flagship multimodal model Qwen3.8-Max-0902, HappyHorse1.1 video generation, and new voice models. Tiers (Lite/Standard/Pro) scale credits and concurrent agents from 1–2 up to 6–8, with built-in Harness tools and skills, and compatibility with Qwen Code, Cline, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other tools speaking OpenAI/Anthropic protocols.
